A dilapidated ex-factory building at number 8 Dowborczyków Street will be restored. After a major conversion, the building will become a modern office block with 200 workstations. The investment is worth over 10 million PLN.
The reason behind the decision to invest was the dynamic growth of the company. The second largest exporters of Polish IT services, Ericpol Telecom is planning to employ another 150 people only this year. Among Łódź employers of the telecommunications industry the company has been a leader for years without a break.
The building work is expected to take 12 months and in the summer of 2008 the building will be ready for use.
