Department Manager

Requirements:
- university degree (IT preferred);
- minimum 1-year experience in managing a team of at least 10 people;
- work-related experience in IT for 4 years minimum and working knowledge of IT projects;
- very good command of English both spoken and written;
- excellent self-management skills;
- organizational skills in team work;
- ability to take independent decisions;
- negotiation skills;
- ability to work under time pressure;
- initiative in work.
Additional assets:
- knowledge of the Ukrainian Labour Law;
- knowledge of the IT market in Ukraine;
- university qualifications/courses in human resource management;
- knowledge of Polish.
